Call for nomination of new WOFAPS board members

Dear friends and colleagues, representatives of WOFAPS members associations,

The WOFAPS updates regional representatives’ members of the WOFAPS executive committee every three years. The regional representatives are nominated by national and international associations who are members of the federation.

The regional representatives are usually selected according to their high impact in the field research and education in pediatric surgery, and they are willing to serve the WOFAPS goals of improving the practice of Pediatric surgery around the world.

Each association president or secretary who is a member of the WOFAPS and paying dues till 2022 is kindly requested to send the nomination for a regional representative using the form here before the deadline of 12th of August 2022 to:

According to WOFAPS constitution, the regional representatives 2022-2025 will include:

• Asia/Australia – 3 positions
• Central/South America – 2 positions
• Africa – 1 position
• North America – 1 position
• Europe -2 positions
• Middle east -1 position

Members from the middle can send two nominations, one for their continent and one for the middle east.
The elections will take place during general meeting of the next world congress in Prague 12-15
October 2022.
